一、Overall Quality Commitment
ZHUOZHU Flexible Stone applies strict quality control throughout the entire production process. Before leaving the factory, all products must pass four stages of quality inspection. The overall defectrate is controlled at 0.3% (three per thousand).
二、Test Report Items & Standards
Every batch and every style is tested, and a test report is issued in accordance with international and industry standards. After production is completed, we also provide a detailed production report, giving customers clear insight into whether any issues occurred during manufacturing—supporting project traceability and quality documentation.
三、Four-Stage Quality Inspection Process
1.Raw Material Inspection
Check raw material particle size, additive condition, moisture content, and storage conditions.
2.Pre-Production Processing Inspection
Check raw material treatment before entering the production line, viscosity after mixing, and additive mixing uniformity.
3.First-Piece & Per-Panel Finished Product Inspection
The first finished panel enters the laboratory for testing; every finished panel undergoes visual inspection. Defective panels are removed and registered for replacement production.
4.Pre-Packaging Final Inspection
Before being packed into wooden crates, panels are manually lifted and inspected on both front and back to confirm they meet shipping standards.
四、Anti-Scratch Upgrade Policy
If a long-term cooperation contract is signed, or if the purchase volume exceeds 1000 square meters, the anti-scratch process is upgraded free of charge.
PU Stone – Space-Saving
Due to the specific loading requirements for flexible stone (which cannot be loaded horizontally, resulting in wasted space), we have partnered with PU stone manufacturers; the remaining space can be utilized to include PU stone or other products you require.
Latest scratch-resistant and wear-resistant technology
Flexible stone has always had one weakness, and this weakness is obvious. Think about what would happen if you used your fingernails on it.

Please note: Acidic adhesives should not be used with any flexible stone materials on the market, as this will cause the adhesive to bleed out.
