Linyi Zhuozhu New Material Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer and exporter of thermal insulation materials, with our brand established in 2005. For nearly two decades, we have been delivering reliable insulation solutions to customers worldwide, offering a comprehensive portfolio that includes PUR/PIR sandwich panels, rock wool panels, EPS boards, and metal embossed decorative insulation panels.
In February 2026, we took a significant step forward by launching a new production line for flexible stone panels – a product category that has emerged in the Chinese market only within the last year or so. Rather than claiming decades of heritage in this field, we believe in transparency: flexible stone veneer is a relatively new innovation, and we entered this segment with full commitment, investing in a dedicated facility to ensure quality and capacity from day one.
This decision was driven by a genuine discovery. Our Head of Product and Technology, Wald, came across flexible stone materials while researching metal embossed panels for exterior insulation finishing systems. Intrigued by their potential – they combine the natural texture of stone with lightweight, flexible properties – he saw an opportunity to integrate this material with our existing insulation solutions for building facades.
After successfully commissioning our metal panel line, Wald devoted himself entirely to developing our flexible stone formula. He visited all three existing flexible stone manufacturers in China, exchanged insights on formulations, and conducted extensive lab trials. Through repeated testing – adjusting stone powder gradation, fiber content, resin emulsion ratios, and chemical additives – he finally identified the optimal balance of stone powder, fibers, resins, and reagents. The result is a product that achieves an ideal equilibrium between authentic texture, flexibility, weather resistance, and ease of installation.
Today, our flexible stone panel range includes a diverse array of textures: Woven, Fine Stone Grain, Sawn Timber, Slate, Semi‑Cylindrical, Strip Stone, Pathway, Lunar Surface, and Hand‑Troweled Earth – covering both interior and exterior applications, with the ability to bend seamlessly around curved walls. These panels are suitable for hotels, commercial spaces, luxury residences, and a wide variety of architectural projects.

Latest Update(July 20, 2026) – Two new production lines are currently being assembled.
Our newly developed flexible stone formula has earned widespread acclaim from customers for its exceptional quality. However, with the addition of numerous distributors, our current production capacity has reached its limit. To address this, ZHUOZHU urgently added three brand-new production lines on July 20, 2026, ensuring we can meet the growing volume of orders in a timely manner.
At the same time, we are fully prepared to handle small-batch orders from individual homeowners. If a ZHUOZHU distributor already operates in the homeowner’s city, we will provide their contact details; if there is no local distributor, we will directly provide customized production and shipping services.
Testing & Certification
Our technical team coordinated with external testing laboratories to gather data, prepare samples, and study the specific testing protocols for ULC and CE certifications. While this required a significant investment of time and resources, we believe it was the right decision. These certifications will enable us to serve clients in Canada, the European Union, and any international projects with similar compliance requirements.

3D Printing & Coloring on Flexible Stone Panels
During the development of ZHUOZHU’s flexible stone panels, I’ve often been asked the same question by customers: “Wald, the texture of your panels is excellent, but can you offer a wider range of colors? Can you create gradients, blended tones, or specific patterns on the surface?”
To be frank, in our conventional production process, coloring flexible stone panels is achieved by adding pigments during the slurry mixing stage. This means the entire panel comes out in a single uniform color – we can make it red, gray, beige, or any solid color you specify. However, this method cannot produce patterns, gradients, or localized color variations on the surface.
Our customers’ needs are entirely reasonable. Imagine a slate-look feature wall – if every panel is just one flat shade of gray, the texture may still be there, but it lacks the rich color veining and natural layering found in genuine stone. Or a rammed-earth style wall – without the subtle rust-colored mottling naturally present in earth, something feels missing.
So we set out to find a solution – and the answer is 3D digital printing technology.
